- 1 cup Carrots - grated
- 1.5 cups Brown rice - cooked
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- 2 tsp cumin

- Pre heat your oven to 180 deg C. Blend the seeds and parsley in a high speed blender Pulse until just blended Form into balls using an ice cream scoop Place on a baking sheet lined with paper Bake for 20 minutes until crispy Serve with fresh tomato sauce, quinoa and an avocado Makes approx 10 balls
