- 1 large avo
- 1 large scoop Cacao Powder Eg from Superfoods
- 1 teaspoon xylitol to taste, or leave out if using a banana
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk

- Sufficient almond milk to fill the blender jug (Wellness Warehouse sells the powder if you don’t want to make a fresh batch yourself) (Optional - I also add 3-4 scoops of various superfoods, depending on what I have on hand. This can include hemp seeds, chia seeds, maca, mesquite or shatavari for a hormone boost.)
