Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ginger, ground
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1 pinch Saffron, optional
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
Servings: people
Instructions
- Combine all spices oil and lemon juice together in a bowl till well blended. Rub paste over the chicken breasts. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Either grill for 5 minutes each side, or pan fry till cooked through.
