Cacao Avo Smoothie Recipe

Cacao avo smoothieIf you’ve never had an avocado cacao smoothie, you’re missing out!

1 large avocado
1 large scoop of cacao powder
1 scoop of xylitol or other natural sweetener such as a banana

Sufficient almond milk to fill the blender jug (Wellness Warehouse sells the powder if you don’t want to make a fresh batch yourself)
(Optional) I also add 3-4 scoops of various superfoods, depending on what I have on hand. This can include hemp seeds, chia seeds, maca, mesquite or shatavari for a hormone boost.

Blend, pour and enjoy!
