Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower head
- 120 Flour Ouinoa or Coconut
- 3 3 Tablespoons Dhanya Fresh Corriander
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Fresh or dried
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Spring Onion Thinly sliced

Instructions
- Break Cauliflower in florets and steam till softened. Remove from heat, drain, mash & set aside. Beat eggs and spices together, sift in flour and add cooled Cauliflower, combine gently. Cover and leave to stand for 30 minutes. Heat oil and drop in 1 Tablespoon of mix into the pan. Flatten slightly and cook for 2 minutes each side. Drain on paper towel.
