Ingredients
- 2 Cups Raw Broccoli Chopped
- 2 Eggs Large
- 1/2 Teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs Or any other fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut oil
Servings: Fritters
Instructions
- Steam the broccoli for 2 minutes, then add to beaten egg. Add Panko & Parmesan and process in a food processor. Blend until just roughly chopped. Form into Tablespoon size balls and press flat. Heat oil in a skillet, drop in balls and cook until both sides are crispy.
