(This includes a Karnak Scan & health evaluation, a full health assessment, questionnaire completion & evaluation, possible blood test analysis, food intolerance testing, DNA genetic health testing and a personalized eating & supplement plan) The costs of the tests are not included and are optional, depending on need.
