Break Cauliflower in florets and steam till softened. Remove from heat, drain, mash & set aside.
Beat eggs and spices together, sift in flour and add cooled Cauliflower, combine gently.
Cover and leave to stand for 30 minutes. Heat oil and drop in 1 Tablespoon of mix into the pan. Flatten slightly and cook for 2 minutes each side.
Drain on paper towel.
